We use a temporary hold to begin securing your service. No charges are made unless you approve the final booking.
When you place a request
- When you place a request, we may place a temporary authorization hold on your payment method to begin matching you with a service provider.
- You will always review and approve the final price and details before any charge is completed.
- If you choose not to proceed, or if we are unable to match your request, the authorization hold will be released automatically.
Once a service is confirmed
- The charge is finalized only after your approval.
- Cancellations after confirmation may be subject to provider-specific cancellation fees, which will be disclosed before you confirm.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will make it right.
